What if I do not verify my account?
We encourage everyone to verify their account early to ensure you have unrestricted access. If you choose not to verify, you will not be able to purchase tickets or deposit funds to your account. Legally, we are required to comply with WA Gambling Codes of Practice and Acts, and must confirm you are over 16 and a WA resident.
How do I verify?
You only need to verify your account once. To verify, we will require evidence confirming your full name, date of birth, and home address. Please note, these do not need to be on the same document. Evidence can be for example, a driver's license or passport and bill for your address. You can verify your account online via this link Green ID. Please note, if you are requested to verify your identity but are unable to provide confirmation you will not be able to purchase tickets via oz.lotterywest.
