- You can request an account closure via email.
- Click here and fill in your relevant information.
- Please provide:
- Your registered email address with Oz.LotteryWest;
- Your date of birth;
- Your registered postal address;
- Your reason for the account closure.
- You will receive an email confirming the closure.

- For security reasons, our support staff will need some security information from you:
- Your registered email address with Oz.LotteryWest;
- Your date of birth;
- Your registered postal address.

- You can request an account closure via our OzLotteryWest app
- Select the Account tab
- Select My Info
- Select Closing your account
- Select Close Account
- Select Confirm
Please note that closing your account will:
- Close your Oz.LotteryWest.com account
- Remove any connected payment methods
- Stop any Subscriptions / AutoPlays from the day of closure
- Forfeit any remaining funds
