There are three ways to reset your oz.lotterywest.com password:
1. Email
- You can request a password reset link to be sent to your email address here.
- You will then receive an email from us with a link to reset your password.
- In the email that you receive, follow the "click here" link to be directed to the password reset page.
- Enter your new password and confirm. Then click "Change Password"
2. Phone
- If you are having trouble or would like our support staff to help reset your password, you can give us a call on 1300 564 047.
- For security reasons, our support staff will need to confirm the following information with you:
- Your registered email address with oz.lotterywest
- Your date of birth
- Your postcode/or full address
3. Live Chat
- You can also contact our support staff via our live chat function.
- You can access chat from the 'Chat With Us' button that can be found at the bottom-right corner of your webpage:
- For security reasons, our support staff will need to confirm the following information with you:
- Your registered email address with oz.lotterywest
- Your date of birth
- Your postcode/or full address
Why is my account locked?
Accounts will become locked after several failed password attempts. As part of the security features at oz.lotterywest.com, your account will become 'locked' if you attempt to log-in 5 times and are unsuccessful. To regain entry, your account will need to be manually reset by the Customer Support team.
Email us at support@oz.lotterywest.com with your security details (as below) and we will then reply with a temporary password. This password is only active for 10 minutes.
For security reasons, we will need you to confirm the following personal details in order for us to reset your account password:
- Your registered email address with oz.lotterywest
- Your date of birth
- Your postcode/or full address
Log in problems can be due to your browser 'auto-filling' old passwords or email addresses. If you are having trouble logging in, make sure to type your password in and update any old saved passwords. Please also note that oz.lotterywest passwords are case sensitive, so if you are using a mobile device, ensure it is not capitalising the first character.
